Terms of use
Short, because the contract does the real work.

What Arcdesk is
Arcdesk is a software interface to escrow contracts deployed on Base and Arc. It is non-custodial: it never takes possession of your funds, never holds balances for you, and cannot move your assets. Makers set their own prices. The desk operates a keeper that submits routine transactions and charges a 2% fee to takers on completed trades.
What you agree to
- You are using the interface at your own risk, and you have read the Risk page.
- You are legally permitted to use it where you are, and you are responsible for your own taxes.
- You will not use it to launder money, evade sanctions, or on behalf of a sanctioned party.
- You control your own wallet and keys. We cannot recover them, reverse a transaction, or retrieve funds sent to a wrong address.
No warranty
The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. The contracts are unaudited. We do not guarantee availability, execution, price, liquidity, or that a trade will settle. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this interface or the contracts, including losses caused by bugs, downtime, chain reorganisations, RPC failure, or third-party action such as an issuer freezing an address.
No advice
Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Premiums shown are other users' prices, not our valuation of anything.
Availability and changes
We may change fees, take the interface offline, or stop operating the keeper at any time. Doing so cannot take your funds: escrowed positions remain governed by the contracts, and every refund path is permissionless. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
